Toxic Company

Pros

Lots of PTO as part of benefits package

Cons

Toxic, employees fear for their jobs, they state that they are diverse, but management is mostly men, leadership is all men, some of the males are misogynist, but not openly. Hard to pinpoint. I would not recommend to a friend.

Pros

Can bring pets to work

Cons

This place is led by very large egos. If you don’t figure out who is part of the boys club and who you should say “yes” to, you won’t make it very far. This is not a place to grow. I have never seen so much backstabbing in such a small company. Don’t waste your time!!
