Thanks for the feedback. We believe in taking every feedback good or bad with a pinch of salt. Your feedback leaves one in no doubt that you are a disgruntled employee, but we are sure you must be good at what you do coz the HR works hard to ensure only meritorious entries happen. It works in alignment with the company policy of equal opportunity with zero discrimination. The employees at Compare are a healthy mix of demographics based on age, gender, marital status, religion etc. But yes there is prevalent favouritism when it comes to job performance. Those who take ownership of the job are surely favoured over those who tend to lose focus. It might be just possible that the Good Morning incident that irked you was a healthy exchange between a mentor and a protégé. We select on the basis of Academics, Aptitude & Attitude and then nurture these skills to help the individual grow. We mentor and don’t throw the freshers at the shark. May be that is the reason almost all our ex-employees are working with some very big names. And contrary to your words their career has only evolved for better. It must be difficult for you to believe given your present state of mind, but the reviews here (both good and bad) are all done by employees. I am sure glassdoor has systems in place to check that no one tampers or manipulates the platform, so at least let us show some faith in glassdoors system. The HR and Accounts are a part of the organization; they work in sync with the processes; and follow the due norms. It is sad that you faced challenges in dealing with these departments but overall the employees have found them to be supportive at all times. The HR carries out a number of activities in interest of the employees. We celebrate each employee’s special day and we celebrate everyone’s achievement too. It may be through a post on our FB page, End of the Month Celebrations, weekly distribution of chocolate or a pat on the back. We have a participative Alumni Facebook page too that will tell you about how we not only value our existing employees but appreciate our old connections too. Thanks for your advice too, we are always game for change when it is about betterment. Having a ‘Yes-man’ culture would not have a company last for as long as we did. Very big companies when we were born have died and nobody even remembers their name Lehman brothers or Silicon Graphics or 100s of others... We can't be doing just about everything wrong...
