I haven't encountered any significant concerns during my time with Compass ABA. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I have felt supported by both leadership and my colleagues.
Supportive team, knowledgeable BCBA supervision, and a culture that actually recognizes its employees. Once you establish trust with your client and family, you are given real autonomy to do your job.

Honestly nothing significant comes to mind. Every job has minor day-to-day stuff but nothing worth noting here.
