Meeting new clients to broaden my network, that is all.

Cons

Like every other post on here, I confirm that management do not care about the staff or treating employees like human beings. Daily occurrence of bullying, mixed communication, constant moving the goal posts as there are no written procedures in place. Staff made to feel like they are worthless. No interest from HQ and especially the COO.

Pros

Offices are usually located at central business districts, quality buildings with fast internet connections, unlimited printing as well as tea and coffee facilities and provide end of trip facilities if you use it. Great job if you're new to real estate, admin or require and entry level role to get your foot in the door.

Cons

-Poor work life balance, constantly pressured by manager to work earlier and stay later. -Horrible CRM system which lags and freezes -Below Market Rate compensation -Achievements not celebrated -Little staff engagement, during my time there.
