      Your caseload will kill you whether you are a nurse,cna, chaplain or social worker

      Good pay and flexibility with work life balance.

      Cons

      Needs more structure and direction. It’s unknown who is truly “in charge” since it always seem to be “someone else’s job”. No fairness between the colleagues in who is recognized for good work. There is a lack of holding others accountable for bad behavior.
