Unrealistic high expectations. If something goes down in your 90 day probation period they will keep you until almost 90 days and fire you anyways. They will act as if everything is fine but they will keep a running list of strikes to use as ammo to fire you. The pay is garbage for the amount of work that is expected. I had a lot going on in my probation period unexpectedly and out of my control, I kept open communication and thought everything was alright. To my horror, they had been documenting everything to use against me as strikes to fire me. Even if you mess up but correct the situation, your strikes don't go away. They also are a bit of a scheme to patients. Convince them to enroll in treatment for a month and then "oh surprise, you need to keep coming for phase 2 & 3" It's messed up. It's all about money when it comes down to it, especially for the people in charge. Very high turnover rate in the company as well. Very unprofessional in how they go about firing employees.
