One building has had an elevator out of service for over a year now because they did not want to pay $1200 to keep an all inclusive elevator contract in place when they bought the building because " Their friends from Brooklyn can do it cheap cheap" over $40,000 repair estimate from the cheap friend. Did not have a fire alarm contract for 7 months until I called the state on them when I left.
