      Pros

      The patients are good mostly, and the field staff as well but they don't stay long they try to keep you in same area if possible

      Cons

      They suck the life out of you , payroll always an issue. State visits often as nobody really knows what they're doing

      Patients are down to earth and great to talk to!

      Very bad management Hostile environment Dishonesty from management Bad pay Unrealistic schedule expectations Very unprofessional organization The managers don't care about their staff or patients they only care about money The managers are two faced so don't get fooled The managers will take the day off whenever they want but for CNAs you don't get that even if there is a family death
