There isn’t one pro I can think of.

Cons

Everything about the place . Long hours, No benefits, PTO is trash, management is trash, the temps are all drug addicts and you will be threatened on a Daily basis

My staff was great. That’s about it.

Cons

They are a company who will run you into the ground, don’t care about you and will spit you out just as fast. I’m not sure why they think blowing through managers and staff helps the bottom line. It only hurts, as you have managers and staff building relationships but then they are gone in 6 months. Seems dumb to me, but hey what do I know!

You can make your own schedule, sort of.

Cons

Expected to be on call 24/7, you are micro managed like you wouldn't believe, zero benefits, PTO is horrible.
