Pros

Great business culture. Very flexible hours. When it comes to being treated as an employee this is the best company I have ever worked for. You get to edit weddings which is awesome!

Cons

Slow season, not their fault but it's a reality for editing weddings.

Cons

- Low on-call pay compared to working day pay - Events can end late into the night so you're getting home pretty late some days
