CSi is a fast paced environment where the team is challenged but at the same time has a lot of fun working together and getting the work done. Management is very passionate about both the success of the company but also the growth of the individual employee. Many employees started at fairly entry level positions and now manage teams, hard work is rewarded. If you are focused and willing to try hard you will succeed at CSi.
