      Occasionally we would be paid.

      Cons

      Founder and CEO spent the money on business flights and fancy dinners pretending to be a high-roller. This didn't leave enough money for the bad months. Almost everyone I know that worked for CarbonQuota left being owed multiple months of salary payments.

      No pros at all except for nice colleagues

      Cons

      Delayed salaries which eventually never get paid to some employees. Great at getting people to work for free until eventually they quit. This company should be closed and justice served.

      There were amazing people to work with

      Avoid working for Antonio Zanghi at all cost. That person should be in jail. He never pays on time or he doesn’t pay your salary at all and if you complain about it he will fired you. He only steals money from the company and his employees. Would never recommend working with him. Horrible person!!!!!!!
