      Focus on growth: There is a huge emphasis on continuous learning. I've been fully supported in upskilling on technologies like Kotlin and Kafka. Modern tech stack: Getting hands-on experience with Kubernetes, complex architectures, and CI/CD pipelines makes the day-to-day work highly engaging. Supportive team: The engineering culture is very collaborative, which is perfect for tackling complex technical challenges

      Cons

      The architecture is complex and the pace is fast, so the learning curve in the first few months is quite steep. However, the team's support makes it manageable.
