Horrible CEO, Chief of Staff, and VO of engineering to work for. Very unethical hiring practices, everyone is severely underpaid, management can’t hire for the life of them, they keep misleading and mis-hiring. Priorities constantly shifting, we’re all understaffed, overworked, and no culture exists. Benefits are ridiculous, and they expect us to work 6-7 days a week including weekends. Most people are doing four jobs at once, and most of our team is in India. I would stay away from this company. Arcade.dev is a much better product and have a much better culture and leadership team.
