      Cool projects, but poorly run with high turnover

      They are Building cool things.

      Cons

      So many to list. One of the poorest run companies I've ever seen or worked at. The owner has serious issues and mentally unstable to run this business. The turnover rate is absolutely insane. After a year working there about 60% of the staff had changed. It all comes back to the owner being a complete tool bag. Do not apply for a job here. It's a complete waste of your time.

      Pros

      Interesting work. This being a small business, it gives you the opportunity to work in different areas and learn and the possibility of becoming well rounded in the company. Production personnel on the shop floor are genuinely good people. Diverse talent in engineering/design. People are forthcoming with information for the greater good.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the place is run like it employees hundreds of people and there are unnecessary obstacles in place to accomplish the simplest of tasks. With the constant and high turnover of personnel makes it very difficult to sustain any kind of consistent culture of quality and success, making it very difficult to build upon when there is a new face to retrain every 10-14 months.

      The work is fascinating and I have met some of the best people here.

      Cons

      In less than 8 years they have gone through 9 Production Managers, 6 heads of QC and 9 HR reps (not counting the year+ with no HR at all).
