      Meaningful work, perfectly complementary leaders, competent colleagues, appropriate compensation for the challenging work, perks perks perks!!!

      Cons

      Some may see our growth challenges as a con, but we are always growing and evolving and pushing ourselves pretty hard. The individual growth mirrors the company growth for those up for it. Feedback and solutions are swift, so growth challenges never fester.

      Pros

      Leadership cultivates an empathetic, hard-working, challenging, and kind team setting. They lead by example and walk the walk. I am professionally and personally transforming into a better human because of this team.

      Cons

      It does not feel like work so it is easy to forgot to stop and take a break. This sounds totally fake but this is the truth. You want to work hard for the team because the team works hard for you.
