If you enjoy being yelled at, insulted and having your job held hostage every minute of every day, then Comprehensive Logistics is the place for you! Training is a joke - it does not exist, yet absolute perfection is expected from the start. Dishonest about hours, and communication is a joke as well! The only time I got a response from superiors is when I went over their head to corporate...

Easy work, line isn't hard depending on station, but repetitive. Numbers are expected Some benefits are ok Occasional days off or early days when no parts are available

Cons

More rules, adding more stuff like higher numbers, but same pay? Get out of here Inventory can be a mess, some people won't do their jobs, and no one even management gives a hoot Have issues? Management doesn't care, you're talking to a wall LOW PAY

For the most part the co workers are nice. But you always have to watch your back because someone will stab you in it.

Cons

Loved my co workers but hated the way corporate treated their employees.They do not appreciate or care for their employees nor will they ever, you are a pawn in their little game of scamming companies like GM & Ford. I would not let my worst enemy work for such a corrupt company. The union and the contract there are a joke.
