      Flexibility, extra hours if needed, residents are awesome, sick and vacation time available, can be a fun job , union , no vaccine requirement

      Can be toxic , better training is needed, understaffed , staff getting away with fireable offenses , staff don't feel appreciated work life balance is lacking
