      It was convenient to my house and I was able to work flex schedule

      I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was on Monday February 15th when I arrived at work with so many others that day to find we had been terminated with no warning!! If I could give them below one star I would...

      Competitive wages is about all.

      Cons

      Was let go without ANY warning. Shut down our clinic on Monday morning had another office that is to remain open (for now) call all of our patient to tell them that they had to go to another clinic 45 minutes away or go to the ER. This is not the first time they have done this to their employees in 2016 they did the same thing to 90+ at the corporate office in Gallatin.

      Total Mess of an Organization

      Pros

      Pay is decent, and there are lots of people in the company who actually care and do really good work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the people who do care are either run out of the company and not listened to. There is no management whatsoever, no desire to better employees in any way, and the upper management (particularly HR) are just concerned with letting go of as many people as possible.
