      A great company that lost its way

      Pros

      Some great engineers and a few good AMs. They dominate the market in a few 3rd and 4th tier cities. High pay for engineers. Senior engineers can make 150-200+. Good benefits. Free family healthcare.

      Cons

      Major leadership challenges, micro-managing owner disconnected from field and modern technology, lack of operational back-end support. Leadership team is good old boys club that has a history of discrimination against women and others. History of protecting discrimination inside. Creative finance practices. Deep corruption.

      Pros

      Excellent insurance plan, a few great people and able to work from home if need be.

      Cons

      Reputation for Good Old Boys Club, lower pay for women in the same position as male counter part. Disconnect of owner and lack of skills in management.

      Benefits Decent pay Growth opportunities if you are friends with your manager.

      Cons

      You can only be successful if you are in the club. Experience, knowledge, work ethic all mean nothing if you aren't one of the guys.
