Pros
The best thing are that no day is the same. Fast-paced is key here and the time goes by fast. If you like tinkering with electronics and want to know more about how they work, this is a good company to work for. Employees here work together like a family. Nothing is hidden from the employee about changes to the policies and procedures.
Cons
Unpaid overtime is a big issue here, the company pays straight time for W-2 employees. Working 6 days a week can really be a drag.
