Business outlook
Pros
Amazing Team dynamics and atmosphere. Ability to work remote or from home and some great piers. Middle managers or L3 teams who are very invested in the teams and company.
Cons
Senior Management is almost completely disconnected from the rest of the teams. Many C levels struggle to understand the business and the actual business itself. Constant hiring of new C suite and their former friends or staff passing over in house teams or at least same business segment people. Work/Life Balance outside top tier is terrible and not seen. No real upward movement outside of possible manager status or L3 roles.
