Great management. Lots of room for improvement within the company. Small company vibe. Really enjoyed the benefits and leave time due to family problems.
Cons
There was a lack of communication between the two sides of the company. technology and HR. There was a deeming attitude towards those in the company who did not posses the technical requirements.
