      Pros

      Learn a lot in a short period of time.

      Cons

      The pace and expectation is quite high and can be usually sustained for just a few months before burnout. When you are on call you will work more than the equivalent of a whole extra day that week.

      Pros

      This is a really busy company - there's always a new challenge - suits me. Staying on top of all the demands is difficult, but as long as you are on the ball your never too far behind and you get recognised for your effort.

      Cons

      They can keep the slow movers around to long. It brings down the mood of the team when someone can't or doesn't want to do the work but they aren't moved on.

      no parking unfortunately, no a major deal though as it's in the CBD
