Pros
I believe that management has learned a lot from many of the previous reviews. Majority of co-workers are great people. Frequent employee luncheons and occasional after work outings. Owner brings around beer many Friday afternoons. Training and certification is encouraged and rewarded. Management is willing to listen. One of the rare places I have worked where employees are not micro-managed.
Cons
The nature of the business can result in some stressful days/situations. Internal processes can be improved upon to make things easier. A couple bad attitudes can pull down an enthusiastic group.
