Pros

Technical learning with desktop, laptop, and mobile phone repair. Freedom to research any issue and look at any kind of device, or software.

Cons

Lack of benefits, organization, and standardization. Internal systems are in great need of an overhaul and very much limit the quality of work—delayed payroll due to poor time management of the owner. Work-provided transportation for service calls is unfit for travel at the best of times.

Pros

A typical day involves a generally relaxed mood at surface level that fosters good relationships with those around you. The smaller team and small business atmosphere creates a situation where you really feel like you can provide a tangible benefit to members of your community and the team as a whole.

Cons

Workplace culture at Computiverse is weird. You're are like a friend and everyone pals around, you're treated equal and expected to put in and carry as much weight as the owner. This is really nice for personal growth, but you are far from paid as a part owner. Expect to be called on your days off, contacted outside of business hours, denied PTO last minute, and have uncomfortable conversations about how your personal life affects your position here.
