My experience at FabHR has been extremely disappointing. Hardworking employees are constantly overlooked, and no matter how much effort you put in, growth is non-existent. The management shows no interest in employee development or career progression. The leadership is disorganized, with poor decision-making that creates a chaotic and stressful work environment. Suggestions for improvement are ignored, and employees who genuinely strive to make a difference are left frustrated. Salary delays, lack of recognition, and a toxic culture make FabHR one of the worst companies to work for. I strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company if they value their career, mental well-being, and professional growth.
