      good line manager and experienced engineers

      Cons

      - private held company, CEO/managing director is suspicious to what you are doing. - 38 hours per week in the contract, but CEO want you to work 50+ hours a week - timesheeting? has to fill up timesheets for everyday detailed what exactly you did in the work and how long you did the tasks.

      Great individuals who do their best in a tough cultural environment

      Cons

      Contsantly changing strategies and direction with no real commitment to anything. Plenty of potential but management at the ownership level was incredibly frustrating and you could see how dejected middle management would become before they eventually moved on. Ownership have no respect for past employees and regularly blame them for their own lack of leadership and decision making.

      Progressive and innovative company, well positioned to be an industry leader. Management team and staff are some of the industry's very best. Open and inclusive culture. A great place to work.

      Usual challenges associated with scale in a growing company. No Cons other than this - a standout company in the MSP Telco sector.
