Pros
Comstock offered a unique experience to learn all avenues of real estate development. The "small firm" nature of the business really allowed for the opportunity to learn about financial analysis, urban planning and development, marketing/brokerage, and negotiating real estate deals.
Cons
As with many small firm shops, there was a lack of structure and organization.
