Pros
None, the place is a joke! it's a small family run company that fancies itself as an electronic health records company, but the product is sketchy at best, and the people who support it are more interested in the information extracted by their clients than in actually providing a viable "solution" for their customers.
Cons
Where to begin? The company seems to allow a flurry of misfits & those of highly questionable character to be employed, while those who actually believe in providing an honest days work for a reasonable wage are marginalized and dismissed as having ideas and suggestions that are far too enterprise level for what they are willing to offer.
