      Travel, working with customers, interesting product

      Micro Managing, Employee moral, Terrible Management. If you are late for weather or family matters you will talked too. If you leave ten minutes early you had better make up that ten minutes. In sales I would like to call out Jerry and Mike specifically for there poor management skills and how they treat employees. If you dont follow the dress code you will be sent home. No room for growth. Highly stressful environment. If you work in the office you will be treated like a shop worker!

      Good Medical benefits, people on the floor are enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      The owners son has absolutely zero clue on how to run the company. Talks down to others and is only looking to please the top 3-5 customers. Wants to grow the company, but upper management gets in their own way with dumb decisions being made.
