Pros

Conbraco is full of people who are friendly and easy to work with. For the most part, the stress level is low. Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes is better than most companies due to Conbraco's vertically integrated manufacturing. Job security is fairly high.

Cons

Conbraco is still very old school in terms of management style. Hard work is almost never rewarded, instead promotions are almost solely based on years of service. The pay is ok, but definitely behind most Charlotte companies.

Pros

Can't think of any pros except it's a paycheck. This company has been plummeting downhill for almost 2 years now. Some of your older employees are here just because they hate to leave and start over

Cons

This company isn't falling off it has taken a huge plunge with no parachute or paddle to slow their roll. Whoever the HR is that give the other review lied through their teeth. My suggestion is if you come to work here try and make it a quick stop and get back out as quickly as possible.
