Fake Glassdoor Reviews, poor management

Pros

If management likes you, then they treat you well. Plus, the day to day employees are all very nice/fun.

Cons

All the good reviews are fake, I saw it on a managers calendar (someone management loves) to write or ask someone to write a positive Glassdoor review. All the 4-5 star reviews below are likely fake, And they are always written when they see a negative review. The CEO/Owner just keeps hiring high level people so they can talk high level and change direction by the minute. They frequently then fire those exec people and replace them once the CEO receives news she doesn’t like. They attempt big sweeping changes every month but with little follow through because they don’t actually listen to their employees doing the actual work.

Scared for Future

Pros

Some really great people work here! Very committed and passionate about building families and helping surrogates and intended parents.

Cons

The CEO and owner runs hot and cold and sends mixed messages to us. We just laid off people due to a slow down from coronavirus and are at a bare minumum. We grew too fast I think. I worry about the future.

Pros

The client-facing staff care deeply.

Cons

Laid off 80% of their staff the second week of Covid, over a group Zoom. Then, asked staff back at decreased salaries, presumably to qualify for the PPP loan. (Awarded $350,000 - $1,000,000 -publicly available information.) Corporate environment. Minimal opportunity for career advancement. Challenging work-life balance. Despite being a family-building company, inflexible towards staff with infertility, children, and family issues. Turbulent. Management regularly pressured staff to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor.
