People are not recognized unless higher up, hours are absurd, not easy to move up internally, terrible internal management-paying people who come to the company higher and not moving dependable people upwards and taking care of them

HR here is a total disaster. I’ve heard of numerous people complain about a performance review they were given and HR stating, “well, if you don’t like it, there’s the door.” The only people who are given promotions are the “shining stars” whose faces get plastered everywhere as the company favorites. The place has been going downhill for a while and upper management has been putting all of the talent on pitches so they’ve in turn lost a lot of business. There’s holes and/or weak spots in nearly every department because people are starting to not care after getting worked into the ground and dealing with unorganized traffic and management. They need to start hiring people with real experience, not children fresh out of college looking for a post-college hang out.
