No pros at all, please avoide this toxic place

Cons

Toxic and two-faced management. If they don’t like you, nothing you do will matter — your effort won’t be valued, and they’ll find an excuse to get rid of you. Feedback is fake, support is non-existent, and decisions are made behind closed doors without warning. One-on-one, the manager’s attitude is completely different from how they act in front of others. They’ll even make you leave immediately without letting you finish your day. Avoid unless you enjoy office politics and being treated like you’re disposable.
