Pros

This company invests in assuring employees achieve personal and professional development through quarterly goals and frequent meetings with management. Coworkers are very friendly. It's somewhat of a "family" environment. The company encourages process improvement and is always welcome to hearing what could be changed to be more efficient. They push the values of "direct and kind" feedback. Giving/receiving feedback can be difficult to get used to, but overall I feel it's a good practice. The company offers great benefits (free lunch at HQ ; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance free for employee coverage), more generous than my previous companies.

Cons

Depending on what department you're in, goals and dealines may be challenging. In customer service, you sometimes have to deal with difficult people but that's to be expected in any CS position. Overall, I believe the company provides good training and resources to deal with any challenges and employees have a good relationship with management.

Pros

Offers onsite gym, prayer room and pastoral services, catered lunches (Mon-Thurs), voted top 25 places to work in Los Angeles. Provides self development training in areas of interpersonal, financial, marriage and quality of life.

Cons

Encourages a culture of direct and kind for open communication and transparency, however, this is abused by management during training sessions intended for self improvement and can be borderline cruel and critical with its delivery using no diplomacy or professionalism. Management and trainers try to effect psychological teachings but with no training or certification, aftermath has devastating outcomes and results to participants.

Cons

Top management needs to make up its mind. Focus and be involved.
