Pros

Its a good place to start off in public relations. The work pressure is manageable. Work timings are awesome. 10:15 to 6pm and one usually leaves work on time. We work every other saturday.

Cons

No HR. Office infrastructure is extremely poor. The bosses are good but if you challenge them in any way your out. Employees are very expendable here. Slightly unprofessional as there is no strict policies in place.

Pros

Since the number of new people joining and people leaving, its a very entertaining place to network and see new faces everyday.

Cons

Where should I start? Hmmmm… Imagine working for 24*7, that is the work culture. It doesn’t matter how efficient or quick you are, they will always give you homework to do and even make you work till early mornings. Now the managers are the funniest people you can find. Wont do a single work, but will dump all the work and make it complicated for you. Now you must be wondering how is that possible? Imagine you are assigned with a work A, after 5 minutes another work B will be assigned, 3 minutes later work C will be assigned. Then the stress game begins. They start by pressing on B and once your about to finish B, they will stress on A. Then they will switch pressing on C. Maybe X also. Wait, what is X? Yh! Exactly. Now, none of the managers will take on any pressure or responsibility for the work. Dont worry. They will blame everything on the freshers, and maybe advice the management to put you in PIP. Now if you want any mentoring, dont worry. No one will mentor you. Instead they will give you shouting only. Now for safety reasons, girls were not allowed to sit in the corner seats of the seating area till the time I knew. So if you try to find out why the policy is there, you will be able to understand how much Concept protects women. Oh I have more and more to say, but keeping it short for now.

Pros

Some teams have chilled bosses and flexible timings

Cons

If you are not lucky you will get the worst teams here at Concept PR some people are made to work their ---- off and while some just have to look pretty and be nice to the bosses to get promotions. Too much politics.
