      Pros

      Concept has been a great place to grow my individual skillset as a digital marketer, but has also given me the chance to fail and learn from our mistakes which is uncommon in this industry. With clients ranging from small to enterprise level marketing budgets, there certainly is room t scale skills and grow quickly at this growing agency.

      Cons

      Working remote does give you limitations into the other avenues of the business, but that doesn't mean we can't work together.
