Pros

Its a company that does good things for others. Just not their employees.

Cons

Poorly run. Limited training. Managers take no responsibility for their department. Everybody acts like a tough guy and is allowed to get away with it. HR is not appropriate at all and there's no one to go to beyond them. You are treated by how well you dress. If you work hard but don't have a closet of designer clothes or if you dont kiss butt to the right people you wont be respected and they will make it difficult for you. They laugh and mock their employees and lie to push people out.

Pros

Buildings are beautiful and clean. Hardly any travel in community residences. Clients are challenging, but endearing.

Cons

No support from management. Full time staff is overworked to the point they consistently leave late and don’t take lunches, but no one does anything except pile on more work. Morale is at rock bottom. You are expected to juggle multiple jobs and still get everything in on time. Everyone knows about the people not doing their jobs, but nothing is ever done. Look elsewhere.
