Good, adaptive internal systems that are fit for purpose, highly qualified and friendly HQ and field staff, programmatic synergies, strategic foresight including portfolio diversification and expanding competitive advantage, innovative HR solutions

Cons

Can't think of any except financial management procedures that are burdensome for staff and the lack of dedicated security personnel in locations with rapidly changing context
