Pros

It was remote which was nice. The Pay was good.

Cons

So I didn't even get to see clients. I literally started doing training and they apparently didn't like my role play. They didn't give me any feedback. I worked for about a month. For 2 weeks I didn't hear anything about what I should be doing. I shadowed occasionally, that was about it. Suddenly a meeting and was told they're letting me go because my role play wasn't to their liking. I mean you're recording me and expect me to be a breed actor? The meeting I had with the supervisor was very cold and made up a whole bunch of lies about why they're letting me go. They didn't even get me to respond and quickly ended the meeting being fired like I didn't even have time to process.

Pros

Great receptionist at the "headquarters" but she doesn't work for them.

Cons

The "Headquarters" in San Diego is a Coworking office space - Downtown Works. They only use it for a mail drop which then gets forwarded via the receptionist opening the envelope, snap a pic and then email to somewhere.

Pros

Remote. Decent pay for an associate license. SOME of the peers are cool.

Cons

Everything. Leadership is TERRIBLE. Constant changes. Nobody truly knows what should/shouldn’t be done. There’s no proper vetting of clients, so you’ll end up with patients who are not a good fit for this model. Numbers numbers numbers - all they care about. Barely have time to do things in between. You have to find work to make sure you meet your numbers when people cancel/reschedule rather than doing some professional development because that’s not billable and that’s ALL they care about.
