No pros in this company. They'll tell its a startup and you can learn new things everyday but you'll do a routine work daily. They will not allow you to learn new

Poor Management Only 2 and 4th Saturday of a month are holiday. No Employee benefits No proper Salary or increment. No Work life balance Employee review will happen for name shake. nothing will change Cannot able to leave office early. but they'll tell office hours is 9 to 6. you have to sit upto 9pm. No Overtime pay No Cab facilities even if you leave office late night. Only 15 days leave for a year. No cafeteria
