      Great team atmosphere, owners who care about your personal and professional growth, supportive environment, growth for leaderships and additional positions, flexibility, paid time off, cutting-edge technologies

      Cons

      My only con is that I chose to live far away-- so my commute! However, if that says anything, I choose to drive an hour everyday because I love my job!

      Pros

      It is always a warm and welcoming environment, the owners know each employee and are invested in both your work and home life. There is a lot of outreach and both patients and employees feel like they are a part of the family.

      Cons

      It can occasionally be a bit tight on space due to the influx of patients on the half hour and number of therapists but we manage well
