Where to start? - Initial job advert is misleading - It is one huge pyramid scheme - 60 hours weeks / 6 days - Commission ONLY - Very much a 'cult-like' mentality' among staff

We make it very clear in our job adverts and throughout the interview process that we offer commission only opportunities, However I'm sorry that upon accepting an offer from us you found this to be a negative thing. This is why we offer all candidates the chance to take part in a shadowing day before accepting an offer from us, as this allows them to experience every aspect of the work we do with no strings attached, and make a fully informed decision as to whether the opportunity is right for them. We understand that the sales and marketing work we do is not for everyone, and are sorry that on this occasion you felt unable to continue with us. We wish you all the best for the future.

Pros

Close to Monument Metro, so easy travel to and from. The receptionists are nice to have a conversation with, some of the staff too.

Cons

Doesn't matter how they dress it up; it's undoubtedly a pyramid scheme. Feels like you're part of a cult. If you don't worship the CEO, you'll be looked down on. Fake promises and a get rich quick scheme. Pay is awful with promises of "quick promotions".

We certainly do not offer any get quick rich schemes, and one of the key points we raise with our contractors daily is the importance of hard work, and how success has no short cuts. We do however, offer a number of opportunities to broaden skills and increase business know-how to those keen on progressing within the industry. -It made for an entertaining story to tell people on what to avoid. Next to Eldon Square so it made for a good time waster.

Cons

- Weird culty attitude. - False advertising. - False "progression" which makes you feel like you can achieve something quickly. - Run down building. - Awkward environment

The opportunities we offer are all genuine opportunities designed to reward those with a strong work ethic and who are keen to progress in business.
