Clear cut KPI’s and rewarding incentives

Long hours not a 9-5. Low Basic, but made up for through commission (if you’re good)

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this business

Cons

This workplace can be very exhausting, with a culture of cliques and judgment based on performance, making employees feel constantly watched. Poor management adds to the pressure, with long hours, after-hours calls, and weekend work expectations. Despite a high turnover rate, leadership keeps it quiet, avoiding responsibility. They promise big things but never deliver, pushing employees to work hard without real rewards. Favoritism is common—some people get special treatment while others struggle for fairness. Plus, employees often take on extra tasks beyond their job description, all while receiving a salary that doesn't match their effort. Toxic environment and culture. I'm glad I left. There's a lot better company out there.
