      Pros

      Concraft truly cares about its employees, not just as an employee, but as a person. They go above and beyond to ensure that employees are happy and enjoy coming to work each and every day. The benefits are amazing and the transparency is what really sets Concraft apart. Employees are empowered to grow and develop their skill set and this allows you to make a career out of any position.

      Cons

      Long hours with on-call but that is the nature of the emergency restoration world.

      Pros

      Feels like home, treats employees like a family, great teamwork amongst coworkers, great pay, profit sharing, life insurance, health insurance, frequent fun activities to boost morale, wholesome family oriented company, owner doesn't put himself above anyone, this place has your back

      Can get busy in catastrophic weather but if u love money it's not terrible.

      There is a sense of community at Concraft. The leadership team makes everyone feel like they matter. An excellent benefits package with PTO, Paid holidays, cell phone allowance, tool allowance, health/dental, AFLAC, 3% 401k contribution every year plus many more perks and benefits!
