Pros

Large company with some great professionals to share experience and learn. Flexibility with hour and dress code

Cons

Not a real Agile culture but using Scrum as a process. They call themselves as modern technological company but at the same time there is no diversity and talk about it is still taboo. Some weird rules such as no football team jersey's allowed as the owners cheer for one team and do not accept any demonstration of preference for other teams.
