      There are no pros in this company !

      0 respect for the employees, 0 gender equality, politics at top, CEO only listens to women even if they are wrong and support them. Fake promises while joining, they don’t know their own policies and they put you under PIP if you argue with them. They take out their frustrations on their employees. Fakeness at top. There are many more cons but cons section has limited to some words. If i get an opportunity to review 0 i would have done it. Join this company to ruin your life.

      The CEO is a very nice person not aware of the bullying done by managers, I was a patent analyst role

      Cons

      Managers and team leads speak in a very harsh manner to the employees, no respect to anyone. No work culture, very rude behaviour. advise to manager please grow up.
