Bad culture Stagnant outlook Sell you the dream and feed you rubbish.

1. Monopoly of leads and managers, junior people are only treated as slaves. 2. Total buttering and favouritism sort of environment. Doesn't matter what your knowledge level is, you will always be treated as a fresher. 3. Managers do not have etiquette to talk to there co-workers. 4. If you do not work on there conditions, they can fire you at any time and reasons are generated on the basis of which they will ask you to leave. Don't be under impression that they pay if they terminate. Do not give you a single peny. 5. HR dept. works under the Support managers so you cannot complaint to anyone. If you will do, then be ready to pay for the consequences of it. For sure you will be fired. 6. Work environment is pathetic. Even if you don't have much work, stay on your seat, can't you phone, leads and managers will not like even if you are talking and laughing with your colleagues. 7. Most important is No learning at all. You can only learn about the there product and nothing else which will add no value to your career. 8. DB team is the worst team I have ever seen. 9. Chances of getting leaves on your festivals is not more that 5%. So better forget it. 10. Odd shift timings so no family life you are left with. 11. No professionalism into the people. 12. 3 months of notice so difficult to get job anywhere else. Would highly recommend to never join this organisation just for some money because you will actually be spoiling your career.
