Do not leave a stable job for this company. Their strategy is to poach talent, only to replace you within a year - maybe year and a half — if you last that long.
All of my statements are backed up by the red flags at your interview, which is typically 3-4 hours of disorganized rambling. Mostly blaming company problems on present/past employees, and going in circles about financing.
No discussion of your role, skills or experience.
They will convince you that you can change the company and be an integral part of it, its just words. The problems start from the top at ownership so change can never be enforced.
They have an office employee turn over of more than 10 people per year. Ownership promote gossiping, blaming and tattling like is a currency.
They will hire you, over work you, fire you then blame you. Don't waste any time here.
